Jim has worked as a realtor with members of my family for the past ten years. So when my wife and I were thinking about building a home a few years ago, we turned to Jim. He helped us every step of the way--through the ups and downs--and even after our home was completed and we were living in it. Most recently, we enlisted his help in finding a condo for my wife's mother. In the area we were looking, the market was very tight--not a lot of condos on the market. Jim helped us snag one that was just right for my mother-in-law, while also helping to coordinate the closing so that it coincided with the closing of my mother-in-law's home in another city. Jim and team were AMAZING! We finally sold the Family home. My parents built it over 50 years ago. We were a family of 5 (Mom, Dad, two older sisters and me. Jim had empathy for how much and hard it was going to be. The home did not get much tlc over the years just necessities. The back was covered in moss and the big deck was sturdy but really needed cleaned up. Once my sisters and I got the home cleared Jim gave us the name of a super reasonable, but amazing cleaning company as well as a Power Wash Company. All told for the cleaning inside and out was about $500. Everyroom inside was cleaned to perfection and The house siding looked brand new as well as the deck I am coninvinced this added thousands to the sale price. Now for the home sale itself, we went on Market on a friday had multiple over asking offers and actully accepted an all cash offer on the very next day Saturday. We actually closed a week from that following Monday. Fantastic! We could not have been more pleased. In the new year I will work with to have him find my next home. Very lucky to have found him.
